About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop the management and store team to ensure high performance
- Lead and manage store operations to maximize sales growth and meet targets
- Oversee loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations
- Set store strategies, sales goals, and communication plans
- Ensure store conditions and standards are consistently upheld
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment
- Manage store recruitment and team building
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
- Strong leadership skills and a positive, dynamic personality
- Ability to make complex decisions with integrity and follow company guidelines
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, climbing, and manual material handling
