Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the management and store team to ensure high performance
• Drive sales growth by setting strategies, goals, and targets for the store
• Manage loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations
• Maintain store conditions and visual standards to established company guidelines
• Oversee store recruitment and build a strong, cohesive team
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all colleagues

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
• Strong leadership skills with a dynamic and positive personality
• Ability to make complex decisions with integrity in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
