Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the management and store team to ensure high performance
• Lead and manage store operations to maximize sales growth and meet targets
• Set sales goals, strategies, and communication plans for the store
• Oversee loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations
• Ensure store conditions and standards are consistently upheld
• Manage store recruitment and build a strong, cohesive team
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all colleagues

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, dynamic personality
• Ability to make complex decisions with integrity and follow company guidelines
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, climbing, and manual material handling
