Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the store's performance alongside the Deputy Store Manager
• Ensure the store is 100% ready for sales and customers through effective leadership and training
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) by defining necessary activities and motivating the team
• Implement and monitor store concepts, routines, and operational standards
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to foster professional growth
• Lead by example in all daily store tasks and customer service interactions

• Proven experience in leadership, motivating, and developing retail teams
• Strong ability to create a positive work atmosphere through encouraging communication
• High level of responsibility for achieving sales results and store targets
• Excellent stress management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
