Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for your JYSK branch
• Ensure the team is 100% focused on sales and customers in accordance with JYSK values
• Take initiative to positively influence key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Motivate the team to achieve great results
• Implement and maintain store concepts and routines
• Act as a role model by taking responsibility in sales and routine store tasks

Requirements

• Experience in leadership, motivation, and team development is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to create a positive work environment
• Willingness to take responsibility for store results
• Readiness to work on Saturdays (with one weekday off)
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
