About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a JYSK store in collaboration with the Deputy Store Manager
- Ensure the store is 100% ready for sales and customers through team leadership and training
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify necessary actions and motivate the team
- Respect and enforce store concepts and routines
- Handle selection and onboarding of new colleagues to ensure team development
- Lead by example through sales and routine store activities, including physical work
Requirements
- Experience leading, motivating, and developing a team, preferably in retail
- Inspiring leadership style with the ability to create a positive work atmosphere
- Strong sense of responsibility for store results
- Ability to meet objectives and maintain composure in stressful situations
- Resilience and a continuous improvement mindset
