Responsibilities
- Participate in the Store Manager Trainee program to learn the business from the ground up
- Work as an Assistant Manager during the training period to gain hands-on field experience
- Master JYSK leadership vision and store management tools
- Manage store operations including stock, warehouse, and order preparation
- Lead, motivate, and grow a retail team
- Drive sales and commercial results
