Responsibilities

• Participate in the Store Manager Trainee program to learn the business from the ground up
• Work as an Assistant Manager during the training period to gain hands-on field experience
• Master JYSK leadership vision and store management tools
• Manage store operations including stock, warehouse, and order preparation
• Lead, motivate, and grow a retail team
• Drive sales and commercial results
