Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve high performance and targets
• Optimize store processes to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Manage day-to-day store operations and conduct daily team briefings
• Act as the face of JYSK, providing advice and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Implement improvements and stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies

Requirements

• MBO working/thinking level
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail
• Proven leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
• Fluent in Dutch and basic knowledge of English
• Result-oriented, social, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
• High level of flexibility regarding working hours
