Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive performance in a high-velocity retail environment
• Oversee daily operations and execute company directives to ensure the best medical cannabis experience for patients
• Manage the store's overall financial performance and human development
• Recruit, coach, train, and develop a team of passionate cannabis advocates
• Manage inventory, including buying, merchandising, logistics, and investigation tasks
• Maintain strong cash handling protocols and operational excellence
• Communicate objectives, obstacles, and resource needs to the Director of Retail

Requirements

• 5-7 years of high-volume cannabis, retail, or hospitality experience
• Proven experience in employee coaching, training, and development
• Strong operational skills and experience with significant cash handling
• Expertise in inventory management and merchandising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, POS systems, and inventory management software
• Open availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of Florida Cannabis Regulations and allotment compliance
• Servant leadership mindset
