About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as leadership figure for the store, setting the tone for customer experience and employee culture
  • Achieve store sales performance at or above plan through service standards and business building
  • Ensure team communicates brand knowledge and encourages customer engagement via rewards and social media
  • Maintain exceptional operational standards, inventory accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Partner with Senior Managers to coordinate in-shop events to drive revenue
  • Evaluate and develop store associates through performance management and coaching
  • Manage recruitment, scheduling, time off, and payroll
  • Provide thorough training and seamless onboarding for new associates

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail store management
  • Proven understanding of business development, visual merchandising, and store operations
  • Experience executing small scale events and community engagement
  • Willingness and availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with POS, Inventory Management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Ability to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, and move heavy objects (30+ pounds)
