Responsibilities

• Lead the store with energy and visibility to drive high sales, service, and operational performance
• Inspire and motivate the team to transform customer demand into commercial success
• Use real-time performance insights and commercial trends to make rapid, business-oriented decisions
• Maintain premium JD operational and visual standards, ensuring product availability and a safe environment
• Develop and grow in-store talent through coaching, structured feedback, and clear growth paths

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-energy environment
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret performance data and customer trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Track record of achieving sales results and maintaining operational excellence
