Store Manager in Training

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training initiatives and projects to prepare for a Store Manager promotion
• Lead, coach, and support the team to provide exceptional customer service and guidance
• Oversee daily store operations, including business performance and product management
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals while helping associates reach their potential
• Manage retail facility tasks including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory counts
• Support the total shopping experience through visual merchandising and sales initiatives like MYGNC Rewards
• Represent the GNC brand at community fairs, conferences, and public gatherings

Requirements

• Proven leadership, sales, and customer service skills
• Experience with cash handling and inventory management
• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive reaching, bending, and twisting
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and major holidays
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule (typically 40 hours per week)
