Store Manager in Training

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership skills by promoting a high-performance team and providing exceptional customer service.

• Learn to manage and analyze monthly profit and loss statements to optimize store profitability.
• Support store operations by ensuring compliance with policies and following structured training processes.

• Oversee inventory accuracy, store merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize success.
• Complete comprehensive training in management skills and AutoZone company culture.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of previous experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail or financial analysis (e.g., P&L statements).
