About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on cellular phones, computers, and gaming systems
  • Maintain accurate inventory of parts and accessories
  • Maintain the work area and store cleanliness

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as both a Manager and a Technician
  • Ability to perform component repairs (screens, function keys, housings, batteries, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Soldering experience is a plus
