About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on cellular phones, computers, and gaming systems
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and accessories
- Maintain the work area and store cleanliness
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as both a Manager and a Technician
- Ability to perform component repairs (screens, function keys, housings, batteries, etc.)
- Proficiency with Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Soldering experience is a plus
