Store Manager I

Responsibilities

• Act as an on-the-floor leader, coaching, developing, and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities to achieve both personal and store goals
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members using provided onboarding tools
• Create an inspirational work environment that reflects the integrity of the Sunglass Hut brand
• Ensure impeccable execution of operational policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Develop customer relationships through active interaction and feedback
• Stay updated on product knowledge, new merchandise, and fashion trends

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of previous leadership experience
• Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations
• Strong critical thinking skills to ensure operational execution
• Highly detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service environments
