About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as an on-the-floor leader, coaching, developing, and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities to achieve both personal and store goals
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members using provided onboarding tools
- Create an inspirational work environment that reflects the integrity of the Sunglass Hut brand
- Ensure impeccable execution of operational policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Develop customer relationships through active interaction and feedback
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new merchandise, and fashion trends
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of previous leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations
- Strong critical thinking skills to ensure operational execution
- Highly detail-oriented
