Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10–12 employees
• Oversee store operations, sales, results, and budget responsibility
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling
• Analyze key performance indicators and implement strategic actions
• Execute marketing campaigns and maintain store environment according to concept
• Ensure high-quality customer service and sales performance
• Manage inventory flow and deliveries
• Drive systematic work environment initiatives including staff meetings and safety rounds

Requirements

• Completed high school education or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail
• Minimum 1 year of documented experience in team leadership and scheduling
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong business focus and ability to work towards clear goals
• Structured approach with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Experience with personnel and work environment responsibility
• Experience with budget management
• Strong knowledge of fashion and textile quality
