About the Company

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10–12 employees
- Oversee store operations, sales, results, and budget
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling
- Analyze key performance indicators and implement marketing campaigns
- Ensure high-quality customer service and store environment
- Drive systematic work environment initiatives and safety rounds
- Manage product flow and deliveries
Requirements
- Completed high school education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail
- Minimum 1 year of documented experience in supervision and scheduling
- Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Experience with personnel and work environment responsibility
- Experience with budget management
- Good knowledge of fashion and textile quality
