Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10–12 employees
• Oversee store operations, sales, results, and budget
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling
• Analyze key performance indicators and implement marketing campaigns
• Ensure high-quality customer service and store environment
• Drive systematic work environment initiatives and safety rounds
• Manage product flow and deliveries

Requirements

• Completed high school education or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail
• Minimum 1 year of documented experience in supervision and scheduling
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Experience with personnel and work environment responsibility
• Experience with budget management
• Good knowledge of fashion and textile quality
