Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team through daily coaching, field training, and performance evaluations
• Implement and maintain Visual Merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
• Manage stock levels, merchandise availability, and oversee loss prevention operations
• Execute individual and collective action plans to achieve store sales objectives
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and manage CRM quality and client capture rates
• Support the team with complex transactions, returns, and after-sales service

Requirements

• Significant experience in team management and basic knowledge of HR processes
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results and performance
• High sensitivity to retail, fashion, and product trends
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and unite a team
• Proficiency in English is desired
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
