Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance to achieve sales plans and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team through mentorship and feedback
• Create customer engagement and buzz via social media, web applications, and clienteling
• Manage store operations including payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention
• Utilize sales reports and data to guide business strategy
• Execute compelling visual merchandising following planograms and promotional timelines
• Communicate trends and customer feedback to retail leadership and HQ partners

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• Proficiency in recruiting, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to navigate the store and utilize approved merchandising equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• A college degree
• Deep knowledge of and passion for pop culture fandoms and music trends
