Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to provide an excellent customer experience while promoting and selling products
• Analyze sales results, set goals, and create plans to optimize results, profits, and stock levels
• Manage store planning and maintenance in alignment with sales budgets and commercial priorities
• Recruit, onboard, and develop the team while supporting an inclusive and collaborative culture
• Monitor fashion trends, customer preferences, and competition to maintain a competitive advantage
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction through OMNI-active support of the loyalty program

Requirements

• Experience in retail management and operations
• Proven leadership experience with a passion for coaching and team development
• Proven results using reporting and customer-focused tools
• Professional knowledge in sales planning, analysis, and monitoring
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work with numbers and statistics
• Passion for fashion trends, advertising, and visual presentation
• English language proficiency is an advantage
