Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience
• Maintain high visual and commercial standards in line with global strategy
• Identify store strengths, development areas, and monitor local competition
• Analyze sales results, set goals, and create optimization plans
• Plan team schedules and ensure smooth store operations
• Recruit, train, and develop employees within an inclusive culture
• Build a positive brand image and promote the loyalty program

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales management
• Proven success in a leadership role with a passion for motivating others
• Ability to work with reports and customer-oriented tools
• Knowledge of sales planning and performance analysis
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
• Fluency in Polish
• English language skills are an advantage
