Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to create a unique customer experience
- Ensure visual and commercial standards align with global strategies and local conditions
- Analyze sales figures, set goals, and develop strategies to optimize results, profits, and inventory
- Recruit new talent, manage onboarding, and continuously develop the team
- Understand the local market, competitors, and customer needs
