Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to create a unique customer experience
• Ensure visual and commercial standards align with global strategies and local conditions
• Analyze sales figures, set goals, and develop strategies to optimize results, profits, and inventory
• Recruit new talent, manage onboarding, and continuously develop the team
• Understand the local market, competitors, and customer needs
