Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the total omni customer experience and ensure high visual and commercial standards
• Analyze sales and budget goals to create plans for optimizing results and profits
• Lead, recruit, onboard, and develop the store team through performance management
• Maintain fashion and trend awareness to provide product knowledge to customers
• Oversee retail operations including stock levels, garment care, and store maintenance
• Ensure compliance with security, legal requirements, and administrative routines

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership position
• Experience in retail management and retail operations
• Strong ability to coach and develop teams
• Analytical skills with the ability to manage statistics and numbers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
