About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the total omni customer experience and ensure high visual and commercial standards
- Analyze sales and budget goals to create plans for optimizing results and profits
- Lead, recruit, onboard, and develop the store team through performance management
- Maintain fashion and trend awareness to provide product knowledge to customers
- Oversee retail operations including stock levels, garment care, and store maintenance
- Ensure compliance with security, legal requirements, and administrative routines
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership position
- Experience in retail management and retail operations
- Strong ability to coach and develop teams
- Analytical skills with the ability to manage statistics and numbers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
