Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and ensure routines and product presentation for an outstanding customer experience
• Stay updated on store strengths, opportunities, competitors, and local customer needs
• Analyze KPIs, set goals, and create plans to optimize results, profit, and stock
• Create schedules aligned with store efficiency and commercial priorities
• Manage recruitment, development, and motivation of the team while fostering an inclusive culture
• Maintain a competitive advantage by staying current with fashion trends and customer preferences
• Promote the loyalty program and support colleagues to maintain a positive atmosphere

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in retail
• Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
• Experience using customer-centric reports and tools
• Analytical problem-solving skills and comfort with numbers and statistics
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Passion for fashion trends and retail
