About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the team and ensure routines and product presentation for an outstanding customer experience
- Stay updated on store strengths, opportunities, competitors, and local customer needs
- Analyze KPIs, set goals, and create plans to optimize results, profit, and stock
- Create schedules aligned with store efficiency and commercial priorities
- Manage recruitment, development, and motivation of the team while fostering an inclusive culture
- Maintain a competitive advantage by staying current with fashion trends and customer preferences
- Promote the loyalty program and support colleagues to maintain a positive atmosphere
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in retail
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
- Experience using customer-centric reports and tools
- Analytical problem-solving skills and comfort with numbers and statistics
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Passion for fashion trends and retail
