Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full store team to ensure high visual and commercial standards and an optimal omni-channel customer experience.
• Analyze sales, budgets, and KPIs to create actionable plans that optimize results and profitability.
• Manage talent and performance, including recruiting, onboarding, upskilling, and succession planning.
• Oversee retail operations, including stock levels, garment care, and maintaining a clean sales floor and back-of-house.
• Ensure compliance with all procedures, security, and legal requirements.
• Maintain awareness of local fashion trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail management or leadership position.
• Strong background in retail operations and managing store processes.
• Demonstrated ability in team coaching, development, and performance management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers and manage statistics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams.
