Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team and drive sales performance through active engagement on the sales floor
• Monitor sales trends and implement action plans to meet profitability goals
• Foster client development through CRM initiatives and strategic retention goals
• Manage store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and financial reporting
• Oversee budgeting, expense control, scheduling, and payroll
• Attract, coach, and develop a high-performing team through regular performance reviews

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in the retail industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen and data analysis skills
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high attention to detail
