Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team and drive sales performance at the Newport Beach Fashion Island store
• Engage with clients on the sales floor to ensure high levels of service and meet experience goals
• Monitor sales trends and implement action plans to meet profitability targets
• Implement CRM initiatives to develop and retain high-potential clients
• Manage store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, budgeting, and payroll
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team through regular performance reviews

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of retail sales management experience
• Proven ability to drive sales and lead high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data and trends
• Excellent communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor's degree preferred
