Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team and drive sales performance and operational excellence
• Engage with clients on the sales floor to ensure high levels of service
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet profitability goals
• Implement CRM initiatives to retain and develop high-potential clients
• Manage inventory, budgeting, expense control, scheduling, and payroll
• Attract, coach, and develop a high-performing team of associates
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in the retail industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven ability to drive sales and lead high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data and trends
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
