Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, expense control, and payroll

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail
  • Proven ability to drive sales and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data
  • Excellent communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
