Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team and serve as a brand ambassador for the Georgetown store
• Drive sales performance by monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly trends
• Implement CRM initiatives to foster client development and retention
• Manage store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and scheduling
• Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, expense control, and payroll
• Attract, coach, and develop a high-performing team of associates

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail
• Proven ability to drive sales and lead high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data
• Excellent communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor's degree preferred
