About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the retail team and serve as a brand ambassador for the Georgetown store
- Drive sales performance by monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly trends
- Implement CRM initiatives to foster client development and retention
- Manage store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and scheduling
- Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, expense control, and payroll
- Attract, coach, and develop a high-performing team of associates
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail
- Proven ability to drive sales and lead high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data
- Excellent communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree preferred
