Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire the team to deliver unforgettable, custom-fit beauty solutions for every customer
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain assigned budgets, control expenses, and manage inventory effectively
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company policies
• Maintain high visual standards to ensure the store always looks its best

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service or retail sales experience
• 1+ year of previous sales management experience
• Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• A passion for hair and beauty

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license
