- Maintain assigned budgets, control expenses, and manage inventory effectively.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
- Maintain high store visual standards to ensure the location always looks its best.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- A strong passion for hair and beauty products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Cosmetology license.
