Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire the team to deliver unforgettable, custom-fit beauty solutions to every customer
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain assigned budgets, control expenses, and manage inventory effectively
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company policies
• Maintain high store visual standards to ensure the environment always looks its best

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience
• Minimum of 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry

Preferred Qualifications

• A valid cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
