Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire the team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences and custom-fit beauty solutions
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including budget maintenance and expense control
• Manage inventory and ensure the store is consistently well-presented and organized
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies
• Act as a coach and role model to drive the development of team associates

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service or retail sales experience
• 1+ year of previous sales management experience
• Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Passion for hair and beauty products

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required
