Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, growth, and profitability for the Montreal Premium Outlets location
• Recruit, hire, and retain high-quality management and associates to support succession planning
• Train and develop staff on product knowledge, selling skills, and visual merchandising
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience through regular coaching and floor leadership
• Implement visual merchandising standards, promotions, and maintain store cleanliness
• Manage store operations including payroll, shrink control, and loss prevention compliance
• Analyze detailed reports to create and execute strategies for maximizing sales and controlling expenses

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Store Manager
• Proven track record in driving sales and profit results
• Experience training and developing high-performing teams
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours during scheduled shifts
