Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, growth, and profitability for the store location
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-quality team of management and associates
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback on product knowledge and selling skills
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience through regular assessment and floor leadership
• Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store cleanliness
• Manage payroll, control expenses, and execute loss prevention measures to protect company assets
• Supervise Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, Key Holders, and Store Associates

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience as a Store Manager
• Proven track record in driving sales and profit results
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds
• Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
