Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, growth, and profitability while meeting expectations for payroll, shrink, and conversion.
• Recruit, hire, and retain high-quality management and associates to support succession planning.
• Train and develop staff through ongoing coaching on product knowledge, selling skills, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining visibility and leadership on the selling floor.
• Implement visual merchandising standards, promotions, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Manage store operations, including loss prevention, policy compliance, and expense control.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience as a Store Manager with a proven track record in driving sales and profit.
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis.
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience in retail management and team development.
