Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, growth, and profitability while meeting expectations for payroll and shrink.
• Recruit, hire, and retain high-quality management and associates to support succession planning.
• Train and coach staff on product knowledge, selling skills, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience through regular assessment and floor leadership.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Manage store operations, including loss prevention and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience as a Store Manager.
• Proven track record in driving sales and profit results.
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis.
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours during scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
