Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, growth, and profitability while meeting expectations for payroll, shrink, and conversion
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-quality team of management and associates to support succession planning
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback regarding product knowledge, selling skills, and visual merchandising
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining visibility and leadership on the selling floor
• Implement visual merchandising standards, promotions, and maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Execute company policies and loss prevention measures to control company assets

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience as a Store Manager
• Proven track record in driving sales and profit results
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds
• Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
