About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service quality and resolve incidents or suggestions

  • Oversee logistics and organization to ensure product availability, quality, and presentation
  • Manage store economics to achieve profitability parameters, including sales and margin analysis
  • Lead the team through effective leadership, empowering staff and delegating functions

Requirements

  • Minimum Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) or High School diploma
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or similar preferred
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar management role or 2-3 years as an Assistant Store Manager
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
