About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer service quality and resolve incidents or suggestions
- Drive sales to meet central objectives by analyzing store indicators and implementing corrective actions
- Oversee logistics and organization to ensure product availability, quality, and presentation
- Manage store economics to achieve profitability parameters, including sales and margin analysis
- Lead the team through effective leadership, empowering staff and delegating functions
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) or High School diploma
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or similar preferred
- Minimum 1 year in a similar management role or 2-3 years as an Assistant Store Manager
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
