Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop a team of approximately 50 employees
• Optimize customer satisfaction and build local community trust
• Manage the commercial profitability of the store, including turnover, margins, and shrinkage
• Oversee the supply chain, ensuring complete stock availability and replenishment
• Ensure rigorous management of store standards, including hygiene, traceability, and freshness
• Implement commercial concepts and action plans to drive store growth

Requirements

• Minimum of a BAC+2 degree
• At least 3 years of management experience in retail or the food distribution sector
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to unite and motivate teams
• Strong commercial management expertise and field-oriented mindset
• Ability to react quickly to unforeseen retail challenges and prioritize tasks effectively
