About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive overall store performance and KPIs through effective sales leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and develop internal and external talent
- Lead customer service excellence and resolve complaints professionally
- Execute daily store operations, including scheduling and inventory management
- Maintain brand visual standards and execute updates
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a retail leadership position
- Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and full-time hours
- Must be over the age of 18
