Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive overall store performance and KPIs through sales leadership
• Recruit, onboard, and develop internal and external talent
• Lead customer service excellence and resolve complaints professionally
• Execute brand visual standards and daily store operations
• Manage store inventory and team scheduling according to budget
• Act as a brand ambassador to educate customers on product and history

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a retail leadership position
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Open availability for full-time hours
• Must be over the age of 18
