Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive overall store performance and KPIs through effective sales leadership
• Recruit, onboard, and develop internal and external talent
• Lead customer service excellence and resolve complaints professionally
• Execute daily store operations, including scheduling and inventory management
• Maintain brand visual standards and execute updates
• Manage opening and closing duties

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a retail leadership position
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and full-time hours
• Must be over the age of 18
