Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Modora flagship showroom, managing a 3,000 sqm design-led commercial operation.
• Manage the showroom P&L, including retail sales, project sales, and operating costs.
• Lead and develop a dual team of interior designers and retail salespeople, ensuring aligned performance and commission structures.
• Own the end-to-end made-to-order and customization pipeline, from client brief to installation.
• Drive high-value cabinetry and big-ticket project sales, including whole-room and villa projects.
• Oversee the designer-to-sales handoff process to ensure seamless client transitions and lead attribution.
• Maintain flagship visual merchandising standards, including room sets, vignettes, and seasonal resets.
• Coordinate the in-showroom concession program and manage relationships with architects, designers, and stylists.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, inventory, and delivery coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in premium furniture, interiors, or design-led retail.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a large showroom or flagship floor and leading sales teams.
• Proven experience in project-based selling and managing made-to-order/customized furniture workflows.
• Proficiency in POS, ERP (D365 or equivalent), CRM, and stock-management systems.
• Fluent professional English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualification in interior design, space planning, or project management.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Valid UAE driving license.
