Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities to drive store growth
• Manage P&L responsibilities and implement business plans to solve roadblocks
• Support outside sales in identifying and maintaining wholesale accounts
• Build, guide, and develop an engaged team to deliver high-quality customer care
• Drive continuous improvement in store processes and procedures
• Protect and maintain the security of store assets and ensure safety standards
• Maintain store appearance and organization

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Strong customer service focus and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and catalog systems
• High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Self-motivated with the initiative to accomplish business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or Trade school courses or a related degree
• Background in the automotive, heavy equipment, diesel, or marine industries
• Previous management experience in a parts store, retail, or restaurant environment
• Knowledge of inventory controls and stocking levels
• ASE Certifications
