Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities to drive store growth
• Manage P&L responsibilities and implement business plans to solve roadblocks
• Support outside sales in identifying and maintaining wholesale accounts
• Build, guide, and develop an engaged team to deliver high-quality customer care
• Drive continuous improvement in store processes and procedures
• Protect and maintain the security of store assets
• Ensure the store meets high standards for safety and appearance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or parts management
• Ability to operate cash registers and navigate computer and paper catalog systems
• Proven leadership and P&L management skills
• Strong customer focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or Trade school courses or a related degree
• Background in the automotive, heavy equipment, diesel, marine, or dealership industries
• Experience in parts store, auction, or restaurant/convenience store management
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels, and seasonal shifts
• ASE Certifications
