Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities to drive store growth
• Manage P&L responsibilities and implement business plans to solve roadblocks
• Support outside sales in identifying and maintaining wholesale accounts
• Build, guide, and develop an engaged team to deliver high-quality customer care
• Drive continuous improvement in store processes and procedures
• Protect and maintain the security of store assets
• Ensure the store maintains high standards for safety and appearance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven leadership experience in a retail or fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service focus and ability to build long-term relationships
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and navigating computer/catalog systems
• High energy and personal drive to accomplish business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or Trade school courses or a related degree
• Background in the automotive, heavy equipment, diesel, marine, or dealership industries
• Previous management experience in a parts store, auction, or similar retail setting
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels, and seasonal shifts
• ASE Certifications
