Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities to drive store growth
• Manage P&L responsibilities and implement business plans to solve roadblocks
• Support outside sales in identifying and maintaining wholesale accounts
• Build, guide, and develop an engaged team to deliver exceptional customer care
• Drive continuous improvement in store processes and procedures
• Protect store assets and maintain high standards for safety and appearance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven expertise in customer service and relationship building
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and navigating computer/catalog systems
• Knowledge of inventory control, stocking levels, and seasonal shifts
• Strong personal drive, self-motivation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or Trade school courses or a related degree
• Background in the automotive, heavy equipment, diesel, marine, or dealership industries
• Previous management experience in retail, parts stores, or food service
• ASE Certifications
