Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to exceed sales and service goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering accountability
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, modeling elevated selling and storytelling
• Drive store profitability through KPI management and strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through CRM and personalized service
• Establish partnerships with interior designers and hospitality partners
• Oversee store operations including scheduling, reporting, and inventory management
• Ensure execution of visual merchandising and brand presentation standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or interior design
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading teams
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze trends
• Experience with CRM tools, clienteling, and relationship-driven selling
• Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
