Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hub employee workflows during your shift and act as the primary point of contact
• Support the professional onboarding and training of new colleagues
• Ensure efficient implementation of hub processes and provide feedback for optimization
• Actively participate in daily operations and delegate tasks within the shift
• Manage inventory, including stock control, goods receiving, and picking processes
• Assist with personnel shift planning
• Monitor and ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in grocery retail, hospitality, gastronomy, or delivery services in a leadership role (e.g., Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager)
• Strong commercial understanding and an entrepreneurial spirit
• High level of resilience, flexibility, and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, assertive presence
• Proficiency in German or English
